If you want to face your fear of height, walk across the Capilano Suspension Bridge http://www.capbridge.com/, located in Capilano near Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver. The first and longest suspension bridge we had to cross stretched 450 feet across and 230 feet above the Capilano River. With people coming and going from both ends, the bridge swayed continuosly which was a bit of a challenge to hang on "gracefully". To top it off, there were First Nations' (aka Indians) totem poles, tree top adventures and flying trout that completed this unique experience.
